WHY IS CIBOLO CANYONS YOUR FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOOD?

My family and I have lived in Cibolo Canyons for 8 years and love it. Our favorite part about living in Cibolo Canyons is the fact that it is a resort community with so much to offer all ages. We love the community amenities available to both adults and kids, especially the trails and pools. We enjoy the perks of having the JW Marriott in our neighborhood and that the schools are community-centered.

WHAT MAKES CIBOLO CANYONS SO SPECIAL?

It is a masterplanned community of 9 different subdivisions that are all connected with the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO LIVE IN CIBOLO CANYONS?

The community has so much to offer all ages. Three large swimming pools, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, soccer field, two playgrounds, basketball, six miles of bike and hiking trails in a hill country setting. Plus there are two PGA golf courses along with a world-class resort at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa. The schools are community-centered. It feels like a one-school town, with the location of Cibolo Green, the close proximity to Tex Hill Middle School, and of course CT Johnson High School sits on top of the hill, which can’t be missed from most anywhere in our neighborhood.

As a former arts educator and administrator, I love the "ART" in real estate and creating a culture of collaboration that celebrates the experience of each client. There are so many facets to real estate that inherently make it a science, but there is also an art to real estate that includes knowing how to stage, market, negotiate and facilitate a transaction to realize the goal.
