WHY IS THE NORTHSIDE YOUR FAVORITE AREA?

I have serviced all areas of San Antonio but have focused my attention on the Dominion and greater Stone Oak/Rogers Ranch/Shavano Park area. I have lived in Rogers Ranch, Shavano Park, Inwood, and Stone Oak. I have personal ties to each neighborhood and know details of each. My family has grown up in these communities and made friends and connections in the schools and subdivisions.

WHAT MAKES THE NORTHSIDE UNIQUE?

I love the access to main roads around the city, I love the close knit communities all along the North 1604 Anchor. There is great value in the homes here. There is also a variety of style of homes and price points.

WHAT ARE THE BEST PLACES TO EAT ON THE NORTHSIDE?

I have always enjoyed eating at Perry’s, Kirby’s, and Grimmalde’s for steak, seafood, and pizza. The pork chop appetizer at Perry’s is amazing. The best peel and eat shrimp can be found at Kirby’s. I’ve always enjoyed a brick oven-fired Mushroom and Pepperoni pizza and bottle of wine at Grimmalde’s.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO LIVE ON THE NORTHSIDE?

Each community has it's special sales points. This area splits between Northside and North East ISD. Shopping is very close by (HEB, Target, Lowes, Retail Shopping at The Rim and La Cantera). There are number of other families living in these areas. Buyers will be able to find the best fit for them amongst the various neighborhoods.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE ON THE NORTHSIDE TO TRULY DISCONNECT?

The wine bar at Silo is a great place to get away and lose yourself in the neighborhood. If you have a cool afternoon, the patio at Costa Pacifica is another great option to find relaxation along the North 1604 Anchor.

WHAT IS ARE LOCAL EVENTS NOT TO BE MISSED ON THE NORTHSIDE?

I have always loved the 4th of July parades in Shavano Park. The community Halloween parties in Roger’s Ranch are the best in the city.

WHAT IS A GREAT NORTHSIDE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE?

There are three areas I’ve enjoyed to get out in nature in the area. Eisenhower Park, Freidrich Park, and Salado Creek trails are a favorite to hike and mountain bike the trails.

WHAT IS A HIDDEN GEM ON THE NORTHSIDE?

The Day Spa in Roger’s Ranch is a wonderful hidden gem on the 1604 North Side. Massages and beauty treatments await!

WHERE CIS THE BEST NORTHSIDE SHOPPING?

La Cantera is the best shopping center on the Northside of San Antonio. There are so many great options from apparel to high-tech electronics.

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE?

I have grown up in a Military family and moved every two years. That background has lead me to appreciate the process of buying and selling homes.
