Allison Boese is a San Antonio real estate professional known for her heart-forward approach, strategic mindset, and deep-rooted connection to the community she serves. Born in Laredo and raised in San Antonio from the age of five, Allison considers herself a true San Antonian, shaped by the city’s culture, its neighborhoods, and the civic leaders who inspired her early on. Her background provides her with an intimate understanding of the greater San Antonio market, including Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Monte Vista, Olmos Park, Stone Oak, The Dominion, Shavano Park, and the surrounding Hill Country.

Allison’s skill set is as dynamic as the clients she represents. She specializes in luxury and executive relocations, investment and income-producing properties, first-time buyers, and new construction or custom-build opportunities. With a professional history that includes owning franchise businesses, managing large-scale projects, and serving as a travel advisor, Allison brings a concierge-level experience to real estate, where every detail is thoughtfully organized and every client feels fully supported from start to finish.

Her service philosophy is simple: clients should always feel informed, protected, and genuinely cared for. Allison communicates with clarity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings calm confidence to even the most complex transactions. Her business instincts, sharpened by years of leadership and investment experience, allow her to analyze deals with both numerical precision and intuitive understanding.

Allison’s impact extends far beyond the real estate world. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and leadership teams, including the San Antonio Zoo Board of Directors, Fiesta San Antonio Commission Executive Board, and Meals on Wheels Board. A passionate advocate for education and opportunity, she has played a major role in scholarship fundraising—raising more than $54,000 as Queen Feria de las Flores and contributing to more than $2,000,000 in funds for the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation. In 2024, she was named one of the San Antonio Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40, honoring her commitment to leadership, civic engagement, and community betterment.

Her educational path mirrors her dedication and drive. A lifelong Saint Mary’s Hall student, Allison went on to attend Southern Methodist University, where she served as Student Body Vice President. She later earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law—an experience that strengthened her analytical skills, sense of accountability, and ability to negotiate with precision.

When she’s not connecting clients with exceptional homes, Allison embraces a life rich with passion and exploration. She has traveled the world, finds inspiration in art and culture, and has attended more than 200 concerts—a personal form of escapism and creative recharge. She and her husband, Derek Boese, CEO and General Manager of the San Antonio River Authority, share a life filled with community involvement, adventure, and mutual support. Their home is joyfully run by four beloved dogs, each adding personality and energy to daily life.

At her core, Allison is someone who leads with heart and delivers with action. She believes in making every client feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her goal is simple: to bring confidence, clarity, and joy to one of life’s biggest milestones—and to leave every person she helps feeling truly cared for.
