Born and raised in Austin, Caroline Kissel offers clients something that can't be learned from a map: an authentic understanding of the city, its neighborhoods, and the people who make Central Texas home. Having lived throughout Austin and with family across Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, and beyond, she has watched the region grow while developing a deep appreciation for the character that makes each community unique.

As both an individual REALTOR® and member of a real estate team, Caroline serves clients throughout Downtown, Central, West, South, and East Austin, as well as the surrounding communities. She is especially knowledgeable about Zilker, the 78704 area, South Lamar (SoLa), South Congress (SoCo), Oak Hill, Westlake, Allandale, Hyde Park, Tarrytown, Mueller, Circle C Ranch, Northwest Hills, Clarksville, North Loop, and Georgetown. She specializes in first-time homebuyers, new construction, relocation, and lifestyle buyers, helping clients find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, management, operations, sales, and project management, Caroline brings exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to every transaction. Her career has also included photography, social media management, and marketing, giving her a creative perspective that complements her strategic approach to real estate.

Known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in her clients, Caroline believes no one should feel overwhelmed or uncertain during the buying or selling process. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and remains hands-on from start to finish, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Caroline's greatest professional accomplishment is the trust she has earned throughout her career. Years of leading teams, managing complex projects, and helping people navigate challenging situations have shaped her commitment to integrity, accountability, and exceptional service.

She studied anthropology and photography at Texas State University before continuing her education through Penn State University in Letters, Arts, and Sciences. She has also completed continuing education in project management through The University of Texas at Austin, further strengthening the leadership and organizational skills she brings to every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, Caroline enjoys cooking, collecting cookbooks, reading, photography, live music, and exploring Austin's ever-evolving food scene with family and friends. She also spends plenty of time outdoors with her Australian Shepherd, Rye, whose favorite places include Zilker Park and Circle C Metropolitan Park. A longtime supporter and volunteer for the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), Caroline is passionate about giving back to the community that has shaped her life and career.
