Diana Nelson-Pedraza is limitless in her potential to make a difference in the lives of others. For the past eleven years, San Antonio and its surrounding communities have been Diana’s home base, and she continues to serve clients throughout the area. A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for the past three years, Diana has achieved a level of licensure reflecting advanced education, experience, and industry knowledge. She now extends that same dedication to the Texas coast, serving Rockport, Aransas Pass, Portland, and areas near Corpus Christi, a region she knows firsthand as a Rockport homeowner. Wherever her clients’ needs take her, Diana brings the insight and negotiation strategy to achieve the finest outcome.

Diana’s fiduciary duty remains at the center of her service. Placing her clients’ interests above all else is her defining strength. She guides with skill and discretion while ensuring the choices remain theirs. Before real estate, Diana devoted thirty years to a career working with animals—an invaluable education in negotiation. She began as a small animal veterinary technician before building a successful grooming salon near Fair Oaks specializing in anxious and reactive dogs. She later managed a ranch and deer breeding operation in Bandera, working with deer, horses, and cattle, and assisted a mobile equine veterinarian specializing in performance horses.

These experiences taught Diana that negotiation is constant: observe, adjust, and identify the leverage that can shift circumstances favorably. She learned to read body language with precision, a skill she now brings to every transaction to anticipate concerns, read the room, and advocate strategically for her clients.

Since transitioning into real estate, Diana has devoted her education almost entirely to the field, completing just under 1,000 hours of real estate-related coursework on record with TREC. Her commitment has been recognized through the RE/MAX Executive, 100%, Platinum, Above the Clouds, and Agent of the Year Awards, as well as the Zillow Premier Agent Award. Above the Clouds and Agent of the Year hold the greatest meaning for Diana, as both recognized her capacity to elevate others.

Born in Okinawa, Japan, and raised in San Antonio, Diana has been married for thirty-one years and is the proud mother of two grown children. She and her husband share their home with two cats, Chili and Queso. Outside of real estate, Diana enjoys Mahjong, traveling, hiking, and sitting in the surf. A former barrel racer, she also competed in roller derby as “Heidi Explosive,” earning Rookie of the Year honors.
