Erika Blythe brings nearly 25 years of experience in land and real estate, with a focus on strategy, development, and long-term value across Texas. Her work spans Bexar, Medina, Atascosa, Kerr, Kendall, Guadalupe, Comal, Wilson, Real, Uvalde, and Frio counties, with additional experience in the Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and Rockport-Coastal Bend markets.

She specializes in residential and commercial land, master planned communities, entitlements, investment properties, and infill and high-density development. With a sharp understanding of highest and best use, as well as Municipal Utility Districts and Public Improvement Districts, Erika offers clients a clear, informed path through complex transactions. Having represented both developers and private clients, she brings a balanced perspective and a disciplined approach to every deal.

Known for her thoughtful analysis and ability to navigate complexity with ease, Erika approaches each opportunity with precision, curiosity, and resolve. She asks the right questions, anticipates challenges, and delivers solutions grounded in experience. Her guiding principle is simple: Honor in Every Step. Integrity in Every Deal.

Erika’s career began in 2001 at a boutique development firm, where she learned the business from the ground up. What started as an unexpected opportunity became a lifelong pursuit. Today, real estate is not just her profession, but a reflection of her instinct to connect land, people, and possibility.

Raised in Uvalde, Texas, Erika’s perspective is shaped by both rural roots and a career spent working across diverse markets. She understands the importance of preserving heritage while recognizing opportunity, bringing a thoughtful balance to every client she serves.

She is married to her husband, Mark, and together they enjoy a close-knit family that includes four children, five grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. They live in the country and spend much of their time outdoors or at the coast with family and friends. At home, their German Short Haired Pointer, Heidi, keeps life lively, alongside a small herd of cattle that mark the rhythm of each season.

Outside of real estate, Erika enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and writing. Her genuine appreciation for people and their stories informs both her life and her work.

Working with Erika means working with someone fully invested in the outcome. She brings focus, perspective, and an unwavering commitment to getting it right, ensuring each client is represented with care, discretion, and expertise.
