Greg Cooper is a seasoned real estate advisor, broker, and entrepreneur whose career spans luxury residential brokerage, institutional investment sales, and real estate leadership. With participation in more than $2 billion in real estate transactions, Greg brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, strategic perspective, and client-focused advisory to every opportunity.


Greg serves clients throughout the Austin metropolitan area, including Central Austin, Westlake, Tarrytown, Barton Creek, Lake Austin, and the surrounding Hill Country communities. In addition to working with residential buyers and sellers, he frequently advises investors and developers throughout Central Texas on land acquisitions, development opportunities, and investment properties.


His specialties include luxury residential sales, commercial investment properties, land transactions, and development advisory. Greg regularly works with investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients navigating complex transactions that require thoughtful strategy, deep market insight, and disciplined execution. His experience across both residential brokerage and institutional investment sales allows him to help clients not only buy or sell property, but also identify long-term value and strategic opportunities.


Prior to returning to Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, Greg served as President of Offerd, a national commercial real estate investment platform focused on multifamily and institutional assets. During his tenure he led a growing team of brokers and analysts while closing more than $650 million in institutional multifamily transactions and helping expand the company from a small startup into a national organization.


Earlier in his career, Greg built and led one of the top-performing real estate teams in the United States at Keller Williams. His team was ranked #1 in the nation for two consecutive years out of more than 80,000 agents and was also recognized as the #1 real estate team in Austin by the Austin Business Journal for three consecutive years.

Greg’s professional background also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Bradfield Properties, where he helped oversee the growth of a brokerage organization of more than 300 agents across Central Texas. These leadership roles, combined with his extensive transaction experience, provide him with a comprehensive perspective on real estate markets, brokerage operations, and investment strategy.


Greg earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting, followed by a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where he focused on real estate and contract law. His legal training continues to inform his disciplined approach to negotiations, deal structuring, and complex transactions.


Known for his strategic mindset, clear communication, and thoughtful advisory style, Greg approaches each transaction with a long-term perspective. He believes real estate decisions represent both financial investments and personal milestones, and he works closely with clients to help them navigate opportunities with confidence and clarity.


Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring Austin’s vibrant food and music scene. He is also an avid reader with a strong interest in business, economics, and emerging technology.
