Austin native Hannah Yancer brings authenticity, creativity, and drive to every client relationship. She serves the vibrant neighborhoods of Westlake, Barton Hills, Tarrytown, Clarksville, and Central Austin, with occasional ventures into East Austin, and is known for her personalized, transparent, and deeply engaged approach to real estate.
Since launching her career, Hannah has earned recognition as a Top Producer. Her success stems from her market knowledge and her ability to uncover opportunities that others might overlook. She often finds her clients’ dream homes off-market through word of mouth, private agent networks, and her strong local connections. Clients appreciate her honesty, responsiveness, and proactive communication, describing her as both personable and results-driven.
A competitive equestrian from a young age, Hannah credits her time training and competing in the Texas Hunter Jumper Association with shaping her work ethic and discipline. Outside of real estate, Hannah loves horseback riding, traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering local comedy shows. At home, she’s happily surrounded by her two cats, Louís and Kyle.
