Born in Colombia and raised between New York City and Canada, Juliana Valencia brings a global perspective, entrepreneurial mindset, and refined eye for luxury design to the San Antonio real estate market. Now based in San Antonio, Juliana specializes in luxury residential properties, new construction, investment opportunities, and high-end marketing throughout prestigious communities, including The Dominion, Anaqua Springs, Cordillera Ranch, The Canyons, and other sought-after luxury enclaves across Texas.


Before transitioning into real estate, Juliana built a successful career in luxury hospitality and corporate travel, working with internationally recognized brands including Emirates and Marriott International. As a Business Travel Manager with Marriott, she negotiated and managed corporate contracts with major companies, sharpening the communication, negotiation, and client service skills that now set her apart in luxury real estate. Her professional background, paired with her education in Business Administration from Concordia University and SUNY Old Westbury, created the foundation for her strategic, client-focused approach to business.


Juliana’s passion for real estate stems from a lifelong appreciation for architecture, interior design, construction, and investment strategy. She is known for combining creativity with business insight, helping clients recognize both the emotional and financial value of a property. Her expertise in luxury staging, renovations, and strategic presentation allows her to help sellers maximize the value of their homes while guiding buyers toward smart, meaningful investments.


What truly distinguishes Juliana is her commitment to exceptional client care. She approaches every transaction with honesty, attention to detail, strong communication, and a deep respect for her clients’ goals. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is able to connect with a diverse range of clients while providing a highly personalized experience built on trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships.


Throughout her life, Juliana has successfully reinvented herself across different countries and industries, experiences that have shaped her resilience, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Influenced by her parents’ values of discipline and integrity, her father serving as a magistrate for the Supreme Court, and her mother as an accountant, she carries those same principles into every aspect of her business and client relationships.


Outside of real estate, Juliana enjoys traveling, exploring luxury design and architecture trends, and staying connected to the evolving world of construction and investment. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and has participated in fundraising initiatives supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through the San Antonio community. At home, she enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog and Border Collie.
