From Oslo to Austin, Kari Cooper has always had an eye for “the good stuff.” With a degree in Marketing from the Bauer School of Business and a professional background in commercial design, Kari brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and creative vision to the world of real estate. Rather than simply listing homes, she approaches every property with a curator’s mindset, highlighting the details, design, and potential that make each home exceptional. 

Kari is a Certified Negotiation Expert and an experienced investor who has personally purchased, renovated, and sold seven properties. This hands-on experience gives her a practical understanding of the real estate process from every angle. Whether navigating complex foreclosure transactions, marketing luxury Hill Country ranchettes, or guiding clients through the sale of family homes, multi-unit properties, development opportunities, or condominiums, Kari approaches every deal with the careful scrutiny of an owner and the strategic mindset of a seasoned professional. 

Together with her team partner and brother-in-law, Greg Cooper, Kari has helped clients successfully close more than 500 transactions totaling over $250 million in sales across the West and Northwest Austin markets. Their partnership combines nearly three decades of experience and reflects a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service, thoughtful guidance, and strong results for every client. 

Before entering real estate, Kari spent nearly a decade in the service industry, where she developed the communication skills and client-first mindset that continue to define her business today. She later worked as a marketing coordinator for a commercial design firm, where she refined her expertise in marketing strategy, negotiation, and architectural aesthetics. Those experiences now allow her to help sellers position their homes effectively in the market while assisting buyers in recognizing the true potential of a property.

Kari’s work is guided by a deep desire to serve and connect with others, values that extend well beyond her real estate career. She is actively involved in several philanthropic and community organizations, including Partnerships for Children through Child Protective Services, Caritas of Austin, and Meals on Wheels, while also dedicating time to her children’s school community through the PTA, Booster Club, and the Young Men’s Service League. As the mother of three energetic teenage sons, Kari understands the importance of thoughtful decision-making, strong advocacy, and putting others’ needs first, qualities that make her a trusted advisor to the clients she serves.
