Louis Christa brings deep South Texas roots, more than 40 years of experience on the financial side of real estate-related companies, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed to every client relationship. Serving the Coastal Bend and Wilson County, Louis offers a unique perspective shaped by a career in finance and real estate, along with a lifelong connection to farming and ranching.
Louis began his career as a Certified Public Accountant before advancing into leadership roles as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several real estate-related companies. Over the decades, his experience has touched nearly every side of the industry, including property financing, valuation, investment analysis, homeowner association management, and the transaction process. He also spent many years working with D.R. Horton, giving him valuable insight into new construction and the needs of first-time homebuyers.
With a natural affinity for numbers and analytics, Louis approaches real estate with a strategic mindset while never losing sight of the people behind each transaction. His ability to multitask, strong work ethic, and glass-half-full outlook allow him to navigate challenges with confidence and keep his clients focused on their goals. Backed by decades of professional relationships and industry knowledge, Louis is committed to giving every client his absolute best from marketing and negotiating through closing.
His expertise is equally at home in urban and rural real estate. Louis grew up in a small farming community in Wilson County and continues to ranch there today, giving him firsthand knowledge and appreciation for farm and ranch properties. For more than 20 years, he and his oldest son have raised registered Texas Longhorn cattle.
Outside of real estate, Louis enjoys hiking, reading, ranching, taking day trips, and spending time with his family, including his two grown sons and two granddaughters. Whether helping a first-time buyer, navigating new construction, evaluating an investment, or marketing a farm, ranch, or residential property, Louis combines financial insight, real-world experience, and a sincere desire to see others succeed.
