Born in Houston and raised in the small town of Stockdale, Texas, south of San Antonio, Michelle Deagen brings a grounded, personable approach to real estate backed by more than 20 years of industry experience. A graduate of the University of Houston–Clear Lake, Michelle has built her career around helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and trust.


Serving the Alamo Heights area, Michelle is known for her calm, organized, and client- focused approach. Her customer service philosophy centers on clear communication, honest guidance, and dependable follow-through. She believes clients deserve to feel informed and supported throughout every step of the process, and she takes pride in explaining options in straightforward language so there are no surprises, only confident decisions.


After maintaining her real estate license for over two decades, Michelle recently returned to the business full-time with a renewed focus on today’s evolving market. Her ability to adapt to changing technologies, market conditions, and industry practices allows her to provide clients with knowledgeable, up-to-date service while still maintaining the personal connection and attention to detail that set her apart.

When she’s not working with clients, Michelle enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family. She is also a proud dog owner to Hatch, her German Drahthaar, and Birdi, her English Cocker Spaniel.
