Rhonda Hance is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving the Texas Coastal Bend, including Rockport–Fulton, Aransas Pass, Corpus Christi, Ingleside, Ingleside on the Bay, Port Aransas, Kingsville, and Port Isabel. As a native of Corpus Christi with formative years spent in Aransas Pass, Rhonda brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities she serves. After spending time in Kansas City, she returned to the coast to continue building both her life and career in the place she proudly calls home.

Rhonda’s real estate expertise spans a diverse range of property types, including luxury waterfront homes, farm and ranch properties, strategic real estate investments, condos, vacant land, and guiding first-time homebuyers. Her ability to confidently navigate such a wide spectrum of transactions reflects both her market knowledge and her commitment to mastering her craft. Before transitioning into real estate, Rhonda built a successful career in commercial and medical insurance. This experience laid a strong foundation in contract review, risk assessment, negotiation, and high-level client service. Today, she leverages those skills to protect her clients’ interests, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, transparency, and professionalism.

Known for her client-first approach, Rhonda prioritizes attentive listening, proactive communication, and thoughtful expectation management. Rhonda is deeply involved in both her community and the real estate industry. She proudly serves as an Ambassador to the Chamber of Commerce of Aransas Pass and is actively engaged with the Coastal Bend Association through the Governmental Affairs Committee. She also contributes her time and expertise to several industry committees, including the CBAR MLS Committee, CBAR MLS Rules Committee, and the Foundation & Outreach Committee. In addition, she serves on the Board of Governors for the South Texas MLS (2026–2028) and holds the role of Local Political Coordinator for Aransas Pass, working alongside city professionals and industry leaders. Her commitment to service reflects her passion for advocacy, collaboration, and staying connected to the evolving needs of her community.

Her contributions have been recognized through numerous awards throughout her career, including Employee of the Month honors in her insurance career, recognition from the Elite Society Ladies of Aransas Pass, and Ambassador honors from the Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys fitness and wellness, having previously taught cardio kickboxing, as well as creative outlets like floral design and home styling. She is also known for her engaging real estate social media content, bringing both professionalism and personality to her brand.

Above all, Rhonda is a proud wife to her husband, Chuck, a Game Warden Captain in Aransas County, a devoted mother of two, and a loving “Mimi” to her grandchildren, David and Daelyn. Family is at the heart of everything she does.
