After 16 years in Austin, Sage has developed a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, with a primary focus on Central and North Austin. She knows that each area supports a different lifestyle, and she uses that insight to help her clients make decisions that align with their long-term goals.

Sage primarily works with buyers at every stage, from first-time homeowners to relocations and next moves. She believes that clarity creates confidence, so she prioritizes organization, communication, and transparency throughout the entire process. Her promise to clients is simple: clear communication, honesty, and genuine care. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and she works diligently behind the scenes to keep every detail on track so her clients always know what’s happening next.

Originally born in South Korea, Sage moved to the United States in 2010. As an immigrant, she experienced firsthand what it feels like to live with uncertainty about where “home” truly is. That perspective shaped her decision to pursue real estate. For Sage, home represents stability, security, and belonging, and she is passionate about helping her clients feel that same sense of certainty.

Moving to a new country required learning in a second language while adapting to a completely new environment. That experience built her resilience, discipline, and strong work ethic. Today, those qualities guide the way she serves her clients, especially those navigating relocations or major life transitions.

Sage graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and also studied Nursing at UT Health San Antonio. Her education focused on understanding people, relationships, and life transitions, knowledge that directly supports her work in real estate. She approaches every transaction with empathy, patience, and a people-first mindset.

Fluent in both English and Korean, Sage proudly serves a diverse community. She is highly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to building long-term relationships based on trust. Early in her career, she is most proud of earning the confidence of her clients and stepping into a competitive environment where she continues to grow alongside top-producing agents.

Outside of real estate, Sage enjoys exploring Austin’s local coffee shops and restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and staying active. Family plays a central role in her life and continues to remind her why stability and home matter so much.
