Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Traci grew up in a real estate family where she gained firsthand knowledge of the industry from an early age. Watching and participating in every aspect of the business sparked a genuine love for helping people find their place to call home and laid the foundation for the career she enjoys today.

After graduating from Permian High School, completing several years of college, and earning her Texas Real Estate License, Traci spent many successful years in corporate leadership within the oil and gas industry. While that experience strengthened her leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, real estate was always where her heart belonged. Today, she combines decades of business experience with exceptional customer service to help buyers and sellers confidently navigate one of life's most important financial decisions.

Traci specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums, and investment real estate throughout the Texas Coastal Bend, proudly serving Rockport, Fulton, Aransas Pass, Ingleside, Portland, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas. Whether working with first-time investors, experienced buyers, or luxury home sellers, she is known for her professionalism, market expertise, honest communication, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Traci enjoys cooking and baking as a way to relax and recharge. She also treasures making frequent trips back to Odessa to spend time with her mother. She and her husband, Paul, who now enjoys his second career as a fishing guide after retiring from the oil and gas industry, are proud parents of three grown sons living throughout Texas. Their family also includes two beloved blue brindle pit bulls, Goliath and Sheba.
