Welcome Tricia Tumlinson to Our Kuper Family in Austin

Whether working with buyers or sellers, Tricia prides herself on offering high-touch, relationship-driven service regardless of price point. She enjoys coaching her clients through the transaction process while helping them to achieve their financial goals. Prior to relocating to Austin, Tricia was a Senior Account Executive at a reputable public relations firm in her native New York City where she was responsible for coordinating star-studded events and managing the publicity campaigns for luxury consumer brands and large non-profit organizations. Today, she capitalizes on the skills she gained in the fast-paced environment of New York to cultivate an unparalleled experience for her real estate clients in Austin. Her attention to detail and commitment to integrity ensures no deadline is missed and that her clients' expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Her designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is currently working to obtain the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Tricia received her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Though she was born and raised in New York, her family name can be traced back to Alamo defender George W. Tumlinson. She always knew she would one day call Austin home and once relocating to the area she dove into helping the community through volunteerism. She serves as a board member for the Austin Young Chamber Board, she is an active member of the Junior League of Austin, serves on the Advisory Council of Dress for Success Austin, is the New Member Chair of the Young Women’s Alliance and is a graduate of Leadership Austin Emerge 2018. When not working or volunteering, Tricia enjoys attending local events, dining out at new restaurants and spending time with her partner Graham and their dogs, Nala and Nori.
