Originally started in 1991 by a group of community minded friends, this small-town patriotic parade has grown over the years to be one that is loved by many. The parade begins promptly at 10 A.M. on Thursday, July 4th, and heads east on Main Street to the Nimitz Museum. It then makes a U-turn and goes west on Main all the way to Bowie Street. Then stay and enjoy a free patriotic program on the Marktplatz (Market Square) at about 11:30 following the parade.

Fireworks start at dark. But come out early and get your spot for a spectacular fireworks show put on by the Boerne Fire Department.
