HOW DO YOU DEFINE THE DOMINION?
The Dominion is a lifestyle neighborhood that offers security, dining, tennis, golf, impeccable landscapes, walking trails, parks, lakes, and wildlife. It is conveniently located in one of the most affluent areas of San Antonio and provides Hill Country views, luxury shopping, access to medical centers, and proximity to the city's large corporations like NUstar, USAA, and Valero just to name a few.
WHY DO YOU CHOOSE TO SPECIALIZE IN THE DOMINION?
I grew up in Kerrville and used to come play golf at The Dominion when I was a young boy. I always loved the prestige and atmosphere of the neighborhood and knew I wanted to live there. After leaving Kerrville, my parents bought a house there and shortly after my wife and I followed suit. When I started my real estate career, I knew that I wanted to focus on The Dominion because I truly believed in the lifestyle.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE DOMINION?
My favorite thing is the feeling of serenity you get when when you drive through the gates because it's as if you have left the craziness of the real world behind and entered your own little paradise.
WHAT MAKES THE DOMINION UNIQUE?
The Dominion is unique because it is one masterplanned community but behind the gates you have several different and distinctive neighborhoods that each have their own style, appeal, and architecture.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DOMINION RESTAURANT?
There are quite a few good ones! The Grill in Leon Springs is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Everything Chef Theirry makes is amazing. It's my go-to spot to take my out-of-town guests and they always enjoy it.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DOMINION MENU ITEM?
The Pad Thai and Curry dishes at Thai Lao Orchid are absolutely amazing.
WHAT IS A GREAT DOMINION OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE?
There are so many wonderful outdoor experiences in this area. I always enjoy hiking at Friedrich park, but playing a round of golf or having a tennis match with my kids at the Dominion Country Club are great experiences, too.
WHAT IS A DOMINION EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED?
The Dominion Bonfire, a pre-Fiesta event, is a big deal for the residents. But The Dominion has frequent neighborhood activities throughout the year, like halloween carts, movies in the park, July 4th fireworks, Easter egg hunts, New Years parties, and Leon Springs Nights, with multiple live bands, food booths, and activities for the kids.
WHAT IS A HIDDEN GEM IN THE DOMINION?

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP NEAR THE DOMINON?
The Shops at La Cantera and The Rim are great shopping centers. Between those two, we are very fortunate because there are very exclusive luxury shops at La Cantera and big-box retailers, restaurants, and everything else you need at The Rim.
WHAT IS A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN TRULY DISCONNECT IN THE DOMINION?
The country club dining room overlooks the lake and the park provides an unmatched sense of serenity.
