I moved to Dripping Springs in 2005 because I wanted a smaller community where big city activities were not a big influence on my kids and where there are more open spaces; Hill Country open spaces. You also seem to build deeper relationships with your neighbors in Dripping Springs; you see them at dinner, grocery shopping and community events.

The school district is innovative and has high test scores along with a high graduation rate. 98% of graduating seniors go onto college, but with farm and ranch opportunities.

Great school district scores, median price of homes in the Mid $400k range, close proximity to downtown Austin and large lot/acre opportunities.
