DEFINE INSIDE 410 IN YOUR OWN WORDS

The area is eclectic. Each house is different and each has it's own story. You may have a mansion next to a bungalow, but that is ok. It is character. I love it all but I guess my favorite areas would be King William through the Alamo Heights area.

WHY IS INSIDE 410 YOUR FAVORITE AREA?

Downtown, Southtown, Lavaca, King Williams up through Alamo Heights areas are filled with trees, nature, character and some gorgeous architecture. It is a small town feel. It draws you to walk and bike and enjoy the outside and all it has to offer. It's an area that everyone stops and chats right in the streets because you can.

WHAT MAKES INSIDE 410 UNIQUE?

The have so much history. You and almost hear the homes whisper about the previous families that have lived there. The picnics, the children that grew up there and the grandparents that lived close by. You can picture the cold lemonade and ladies with fans.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO LIVE INSIDE 410?

I think wherever you live is a lifestyle and I also think lifestyles change in time. If you like doing things downtown, walking on the Riverwalk finding yourself after a run at the Pearl then these center areas I guess would be the most appealing. Alamo Heights is also known as one of the top school districts in San Antonio. It is small and personable. The superintendent knows every administrators, teachers, and most of the parents by name.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT INSIDE 410?

Oh man, I love to enjoy good food and I really don't think we can run out of them anywhere in San Antonio. I love BITE in Southtown, Fredricks in Alamo Heights.

WHAT IS A GREAT INSIDE 410 OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE?

I think San Antonio weather plays a part in driving us to tons of outdoor experiences. We love to be outside so if you are biking around the Missions, walking the Riverwalk, taking kids (or kids at heart) to the Hemisphere to play in the park, watching plays in the grass at the Botanical Gardens there is a never ending supply of experiences.

WHAT IS AN EVENT INSIDE 410 NOT TO BE MISSED?

A local event not to be missed would be Fiesta! There are events taking place all over San Antonio but there is Alamo Heights Night, NIOSA, King William Fair and much much more. It is a great time to see all those friends you haven't seen all year and eat everything you avoided all year. Viva Fiesta!

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP INSIDE 410?

Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, and Olmos Park has tons of little boutiques and The Quarry. What is cool you walk to most from your home, but you need back up if you shop too much.

WHAT IS A PLACE TO TRULY DISCONNECT INSIDE 410

I think the areas I have been talking about are so precious because of the nature of the areas that you can be a busy as you want or you just take off down the road walking and let the days worries and concerns go up to the beautiful trees that surround you. The sound of the birds singing, the sun shining through the branches, all of that lets you breathe. Water is always tranquil and to walk along the Riverwalk downtown let's you get lost in the ripples of the water and the swimming ducks.

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE?

I believe the source of passion for real estate comes from my drive and desire to match people with lifestyles that fit their families. People know when things fit and when an area and a home feels good. I think it is my job to listen to their desires and to know how to guide them. It's important that my clients are exposed to all areas but then to narrow to what is their passion.
