WHY IS NEW BRAUNFELS YOUR FAVORITE AREA?
We absolutely love the small town feel of New Braunfels and Gruene, and we do not have to sacrifice any modern conveniences. It is important for us to raise our children in a friendly place with a strong sense of community. New Braunfels and Gruene are also rich in history with compelling stories dating back to the mid 1800s. If you love old world charm, character and life at a reasonable pace – New Braunfels and Gruene are wonderful places to live.

The choices for different types of food vary – from classic comfort food with a twist to more trendy fare! We have incredible locally owned restaurants that rival those found in major cities. When we crave great Italian food or want to celebrate a special occasion, Gennaro’s is our hands down favorite. Great seafood and oyster bar – McAdoos Seafood Company, located in in the renovated historic Downtown Post Office building.
WHAT MAKES NEW BRAUNFELS UNIQUE?

Activities abound with Canyon Lake, extensive wildlife, Natural Bridge Caverns and Schlitterbahn. We are also home to many firsts in Texas – the oldest dance hall and first bakery in Texas!

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE?
In real estate we are working side-by-side with our neighbors, friends and members of our community. Their opinion matters! Last year alone, 98% of our business came from word of mouth referrals. Word travels fast in small towns, and we strive to do the best for our clients! We also achieved membership in The President’s Club of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty - only available to the top 4% of REALTORS in our area. This is an incredible accomplishment and we are very proud!
