WHY IS TRI-CITIES YOUR FAVORITE AREA?

I choose to focus on this area because I have lived here my entire life and I can speak to each street individually and often know a past owner. These older, established neighborhoods of Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, and Olmos Park are full of so much history and charm. They function as small towns and I love that everyone knows one another. Generations after generations return here to raise their own families and sometimes even in the same homes.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT TRI-CITIES?

My favorite thing about selling real estate in Tri-Cities is that I am selling something that I believe in and I personally know. I am selling the experience of living in a part of historic San Antonio and can speak to the small town appeal. Plus I get to visit historic homes on a daily basis and I can appreciate the original design with modern day updates.

WHAT MAKES TRI-CITIES UNIQUE?

This part of San Antonio is special not only for its amazing history but we have everything we need within a couple of miles. In 10 minutes you can be in the heart of downtown or the airport. We have amazing restaurants, shopping, schools and so much more.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO LIVE IN TRI-CITIES?

People want to live here for so many reasons. The beauty, the small town feel, the architecture, the central location, the school district and sometimes even just the real estate investment.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TRI-CITIES RESTAURANT?

An oldy but goody…Cappys!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TRI-CITIES MENU ITEM?

Paloma Blanca ceviche for sure.

WHAT IS A GREAT TRI-CITIES OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE?

We are a short car or bike ride to The Pearl farmers market on a Saturday morning.

WHAT IS A TRI-CITIES EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED?

The Fiesta festivities are a must. We are so unique in that our individual municipalities have their own large family friendly Fiesta parties and King Antonio comes to visit. Everyone gets in the spirit.

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP IN TRI-CITIES?

There are so many great places to shop including Julian Gold, Baker Tatum, Five Broads off Broadway, Hanley Wood and many more.

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE?

My passion for real estate comes from a real desire to help clients find their perfect home and a bonus is that I have a sincere love for design and architecture so I get to preview what I love daily. I also love getting to nurture my relationships with clients and often times they turn into great friendships.
