The Tri-Cities area of Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, and Olmos Park is a family and community-focused neighborhood. Many of the residents grew up there and are now raising their families in that same area.

WHY IS TRI-CITIES YOUR FAVORITE AREA?

My father, myself, and my children all grew up and went to school there. My grandchildren are now starting in the schools. It's always been home. I love the sense of community and the fact that so many people return here to live and raise families. You can go shopping, out to eat, or just on a walk and you will always see people you know.

WHAT MAKES TRI-CITIES UNIQUE?

The wonderful homes range from very grand mansions to cozy cottages. The trees and the parks are beautiful and well maintained.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO LIVE IN TRI-CITIES?

The school district is excellent, the shops and restaurants are unique, The sense of neighborhood is important.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TRI-CITIES RESTAURANT?

Piatti because I love the atmosphere and outdoor dining!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TRI-CITIES MENU ITEM?

I love the whole menu at Cappy's but I especially love the Mustang Chicken!

WHAT IS A GREAT TRI-CITIES OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE?

The Alamo Heights Baseball fields are so much fun in the spring. Also, the neighborhood parades, like the Pooch Parade during Fiesta, are always a great time outdoors!

WHAT IS A TRI-CITIES EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED?

My favorite events every year are the Fiesta parties put on in each neighborhood as a community event. It’s food and festivities for young and old. A fun opportunity to meet King Antonio!

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP IN TRI-CITIES?

I love the Quarry and old Alamo Heights shops on Broadway!

WHAT IS A HIDDEN GEM IN TRI-CITIES?

The McNay Museum is a hidden oasis in the middle of it all.

WHAT IS A PLACE TO TRULY DISCONNECT IN TRI-CITIES?

I love going to the Skin Rejuvenation Spa. It's quiet and I turn my phone off.

WHAT'S YOUR SOURCE OF PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE?

I have always loved home remodeling and decor. I have redone and lived in 12 homes in the Tri-Cities area since moving back after college. After a long time owning a ladies clothing manufacturing business (where I got my love of fabrics and color), I joined Kuper and love working with my clients to find or sell their home. I can also do staging and rearranging for my clients and the clients of other agents using my love of home design and decor. There’s rarely a more important decision that people make than purchasing a home and I love being part of that!
