The world is facing an unprecedented event. Our clients continue to have property needs, and we will continue to provide an unwavering commitment to excellence in service while placing health and well-being first and foremost. We take the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously, and we are continuing to take steps to ensure that we are prepared, organized, and proactive. The sooner we take action together, the sooner we'll get through this and come out stronger. Here are a few areas where we've taken immediate action to keep our clients, agents, staff, and community safe.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU We are implementing the following precautions:

  • Adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines, at a minimum.

  • We are balancing the needs of our clients while limiting open houses, avoiding large gatherings of more than 10 people, and encouraging creative, efficient ways of showing homes during this crisis.

  • Actively assessing risks in real-time to ensure the safety of our community. As we obtain more information, we will adjust our plans as necessary.

  • Temporarily closing our offices and implementing a fully-functional remote working environment for all employees. Our goal is no disruption in service to our clients or our agents.

  • Encouraging the use of caution, soap, wipes and hand sanitizers at all listings.

  • Posting signage and reminders in listings to educate about best practices on how to prevent the spread of the virus.

  • Requesting that agents stay home if they feel sick and requiring the same if returning from overseas within the last two weeks.

  • Conducting fewer face-to-face meetings and leveraging technology to help reduce the opportunities to spread the virus.


While we love to see all of our clients and customers in person, we are fully prepared to move our business online if you prefer to do your transactions and showings remotely, while also protecting our buyers and sellers, including providing the following:

  • Virtual showings via FaceTime, WhatsApp or other comparable technology

  • Online 3D virtual tours available for select listings

  • Detailed property video tours available for select listings

  • Online document signing

  • Online transaction management

  • Remote closing with our Title partners

  • Screening of potential buyers by asking where they've been, if they've been exposed to anyone who's been exposed to COVID-19, and if they have anyone who is of high risk at home or in their care


We are seeing strong demand, low interest rates and an early spring market that necessitates the careful balancing of needs in such unprecedented times. Stay well and healthy. Despite all precautions, we understand that this is a concerning time. If you do not need to buy or sell immediately, that is okay. We're going to be here for you when it's a safe time to do so. We're ready when you are. But above all, we appreciate you—and your patience and your good spirit—as we all navigate this unusual time, together.
