Britani has been directly responsible for the management of multiple Texas businesses. Through this experience, she has provided leadership, growth, cash management, strategic planning, and customer service for multiple projects. As an accomplished business professional, Britani started out as a wildlife biologist and ranch manager for one of the largest ranches in south Texas. This is where she began her solution-oriented business strategy that is comprised of retrieving an answer to every question or problem. Although she loved working on a ranch, Britani knew she could have a larger impact by servicing people in the real estate industry.
Britani began her real estate career in south Texas, where she was a resident for 10 years. However, it was not long before she felt the pull to Austin-- she became an official Austinite in October of 2018. Britani was attracted to the welcoming culture, continual festivities, and diverse landscape. With her extensive knowledge of south and central Texas, Britani is your credible source for ranch properties, residential homes, and commercial projects all over Texas. She listens to the needs and wants of her clients, and then develops a strategic, individualized plan. Britani ensures her clients are communicated with and informed throughout the transaction process-- all the way to the signing table. Even when the transaction is completed, Britani maintains a close relationship with her clients to ensure they are continually satisfied with their investment. Her accredited background in land management and consulting allows her to be a duel resource for many of her clients. Britani is able to assess, evaluate, and advise a diverse range of landscapes: from residential to ranch.
Britani graduated with a Bachelor of Science in wildlife management and biology. In her free time, she is an avid angler, wildlife conservationist, and outdoor enthusiast.
