Carl is an experienced and award-winning real estate professional in Austin’s luxury real estate market. He is a consistent top producer in the South Austin (78704) market as well as many surrounding Central Austin neighborhoods. His annual sales have consistently ranked him in the top 1% of all Austin area Realtors for the past decade.
Carl is also involved in residential and commercial development and has worked with many of the top builders in Central Austin. He works with developers from start to finish assisting with the identification of property to redevelop, acquisition of properties, consultation for highest and best future value use and the marketing and sale of finished projects.
Prior to real estate, Carl spent 10 years in the investment management industry. His prior experience includes trading, money management and estate planning. He holds a degree in Finance from the Indiana University School of Business. Outside of work Carl enjoys exercise, travel, volunteering and sports.
