Raised by a Southern Belle in Waco, Texas, Fran Lucero’s first example of hard work came from her multitasking mother - a REALTOR®; who covered all the bases from property management to residential sales. Fran’s mother seamlessly blended work and play, home life with business, and clients with family.
Fran’s early life was a journey from Southwest Texas State to Chicago to pursue a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She spent two decades in the Texas Hill Country - New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, and surrounding areas. During that time, Fran managed the operations of her family business which included renovating, buying, and selling residential and commercial properties, which awakened her passion for construction and design.
Fran decided to pursue her career as a Global Real Estate Advisor to help people make their dreams happen through real estate. Fran’s decision to affiliate with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty was instantaneous; she found the perfect brokerage backed with centuries of tradition that remains dedicated to innovating the real estate industry.
When not assisting real estate buyers and sellers, Fran spends her free time with family and friends, playing with her German Shepherd puppy, and traveling.
