Kim Bayless moved to Texas from the mid-west in 2001 after earning her BFA from St Mary’s College of Notre Dame. She spent a decade in tech sales, and then became a licensed realtor in 2014 to form a team with her husband, Ryan. She specializes in the Austin Texas hill country and has helped buyers and sellers with a wide range of properties from luxury listings to lock-and-leave townhomes. Her greatest joy is helping people find happiness in their move, including meeting their timelines and finding a home that meets their selection criteria within budget.
Ryan was born in West Virginia and moved to Texas in 1992, at the age of 4. He has resided in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area since 1998, where he attended Lake Travis High School and played football, a sport to which
he attributes his leadership, discipline, and team-building skills. After graduation from Lake Travis, Ryan attended Texas State University where he earned his degree in Business Finance. After college, Ryan became a licensed realtor in 2012 and moved back to Bee Cave to pursue his real estate career.
