After which, Luis ventured out to partner and establish the independent real estate firm Theoria Realty. Understanding the importance of training and continuing education, Luis acquired his Broker license in 2015 during his association with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to supplement his extensive customer service training and sales successes in the consumer banking industry while being employed by JP Morgan Chase Bank.
