San Antonio native, Megan Perez, is practiced in communication and business. She is a TMI-Episcopal School of Texas alumni and graduate of Trinity University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Communication Management. Megan attended The Wharton Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned an esteemed Financial Bootcamp Certification.

Megan is known for her entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills and providing an exceptional customer service experience for her clients. Megan is designated a Luxury Home Specialist. She is a consistent multi-million dollar producer, facilitating transactions in the Alamo City and in Kendall County ranging from investor acquisitions to luxury home sales.

Megan has a passion for design, architecture and an urban lifestyle. She is a partner at a boutique development company, thus has extensive experience in infill development with an emphasis on thoughtful design, sustainability, views, and balanced outdoor spaces. You will find her constantly curating designs and plans for home restorations and urban new builds in San Antonio.
