Updated: Dec 13, 2023

Melissa is a licensed Broker Associate, specializing in all aspects of residential, ranch, and commercial real estate - serving Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country counties.

Melissa has a legacy in Fredericksburg spanning four generations. As a long-time resident and property owner in Fredericksburg, Melissa possesses an unparalleled knowledge of the local real estate landscape. Whether dealing with generational family ranches or navigating new developments, Melissa’s experience, coupled with her deep-rooted connections, have molded her into a seasoned professional whose skills are indispensable to her clients.

As the daughter of a real estate Broker and custom home builder, Melissa was immersed in the industry at a young age. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Business Minor from Texas A&M University and had over two decades of experience in project management prior to obtaining her real estate license. This unique background has equipped her with skills that have overlapped with the real estate world; organization, thoroughness, and a well-established trade network have proved to be assets that benefit her clients.

Melissa’s commitment to her clients is characterized by her dedication to integrity and transparency in all that she does. Her customer service promise centers on consistent and open communication, which prevents issues, sets clear expectations, and can ease clients through potentially stressful transactions. This high ethical standard honed through years of experience ensures that her clients receive exceptional representation.

When Melissa isn’t working, you’ll often find her exploring the beautiful wineries and the surrounding Hill Country with friends and family. She has a passion for animals and grew up riding horses - for many years, she trained in Dressage, was a working groom, and was a self-proclaimed “barn rat.” She has now traded her horses for dogs, and you will often find her surrounded by her beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks, a breed she has been involved in for many years.
