Welcome Melissa Webb to Our Kuper Family in Austin

I obtained my real estate license in 2003 following a successful career in sales, marketing and advertising. Since then, I have earned a reputation as a highly professional, results-driven agent and sales manager.

Every day, I leverage my expertise to help the agents achieve their goals. Having spent many years in outside sales, I am a seasoned salesperson, negotiator, and business coach.

My education and professional background in marketing and advertising give me the tools to create topnotch, custom marketing plans that position the agent’s homes to sell quickly and at the best price. I continuously educate myself on current market trends and the ever-changing nuances of Austin neighborhoods. And, I am in constant contact with other agents and sales managers around Austin and San Antonio to find out what’s coming on the market before it hits the MLS listings, giving our agents the advantage.

When I’m not helping agents with their buyers and sellers, I enjoy relaxing with my family in our Lost Creek home, taking art classes, walking on the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and enjoying live music and cultural events in Austin. I am also passionate about serving my community as a member of the National Charity League and on the Board of the Austin Luxury League. I am a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and as a volunteer at my daughter’s school. I am a product of Texas Tech University.
