An Austin native, Samantha Breeland is one of those rare “unicorns” who actually grew up here, and still proudly calls Austin home today. Coming from a family of die-hard Longhorns, she honored tradition and attended the University of Texas at Austin to study Public Relations and Business. Samantha then moved to Manhattan for two years, gaining a unique perspective through the connections and friendships she made there working for Ralph Lauren. Missing her family, friends, and her hometown’s charm (UT Football game days, real queso, and those wide-open Texas skies), Samantha moved back to Austin in 2012 and began growing her own roots here. Ready to build something of her own, Samantha put her experience in the fashion and event worlds to work by purchasing Bella Bridesmaids, a high-end bridesmaid dress boutique.
In the bridal industry, Samantha refined her communication and customer service skills, honing her intuitive ability to complete any client’s vision while making the process seamless and stress-free during an already hectic time in their lives. After tenaciously growing her small business into a flourishing mainstay in the Austin wedding scene, Samantha was ready for a new challenge. Real estate pulled at her heartstrings and inspired her; she’s always had a keen eye for design and aesthetics and believes a person’s home is an expression of themselves. Looking for a team to match her savvy, enthusiasm, and passion for Austin real estate, joining Kuper Sotheby’s International was a natural fit.
Samantha knows Austin inside and out, all that a city this vibrant with culture, diversity, and good people can offer, and looks forward to helping clients find their own little piece of home here, too.
