Averi LaBrecque is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving Central Texas, with a strong focus on Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Belton, Temple, and the greater Fort Hood area. With personal and professional ties across Bell, Coryell, and Williamson counties, Averi brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of local and relocating clients alike.

A retired U.S. Army veteran, Averi’s service background is at the heart of his real estate career. Having navigated multiple relocations and duty station changes firsthand, he chose real estate as a way to ease that journey for others—especially military families, first responders, and VA loan buyers. His Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® is a reflection of that commitment.

Averi specializes in military and first responder relocations, first-time buyers, investors, and clients pursuing new construction. His professional approach is rooted in attention to detail, clear communication, and a relentless drive to negotiate the best outcomes for his clients. Whether it's walking a first-time buyer through the VA loan process or coordinating a long-distance move, Averi is known for putting mission first, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Averi has called Texas home for many years and has proudly built a life and family here. He and his wife, also a fellow Army veteran, are raising their family in Central Texas while she pursues her own passion for education. Averi is also currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Applied Communication, while working toward multiple cybersecurity certifications, including CompTIA Security+, RHEL, Linux+, and Server+.

Beyond real estate, Averi is the founder of Phoenix Group, a community of veterans and first responders focused on leadership development, mutual support, and service. The group has grown from a small circle of friends to an organized force for good, including recent search and rescue deployments during natural disasters.

From aviation management and logistics in the Army to complex real estate transactions, Averi’s life has been defined by service, precision, and adaptability. His mission now is to ensure that every client, especially those who serve, feels confident, supported, and empowered through every step of the real estate process.
