Originally from the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., she was raised in the historic Shenandoah Valley near Winchester, VA. In 2010, she moved to South Texas and has lived on North Padre Island since 2013, where she lives with her husband and two small sons and a daughter.

Real estate is in Claudia’s blood. Coming from a family with a rich history in the industry, she grew up immersed in the world of real estate and homebuilding. Her grandmother was a highly regarded broker in Washington, D.C., assisting international clients in securing embassy locations. Several other family members, including her mother, aunt, uncle, and cousin, have also been involved in the business. Her father was a custom home builder in Virginia before relocating to Corpus Christi. From this legacy, Claudia gained invaluable insights into the importance of integrity, market expertise, and client dedication.
