Greta Kuper is a San Antonio native with deep roots in the community and a profound connection to the real estate industry. Born and raised in Alamo Heights, she attended school in the neighborhood before heading to Austin to study communications at the University of Texas. Her journey then led her to Los Angeles, where she completed her degree at Loyola Marymount University and launched a career in public relations and the fashion industry. For over a decade, she thrived in the fast-paced world of styling, cultivating a sharp eye for aesthetics, design, and client experience.
Greta's creative background and passion for design naturally evolved into a love for real estate, particularly in understanding how a home tells a story and how design, history, and lifestyle intersect within its walls. Her approach is tailored, thoughtful, and highly personal—Greta is dedicated to helping her clients realize their unique vision, connecting them with properties that reflect not just where they live, but how they want to live.
Real estate runs deep in the Kuper family. Her uncle, Charlie Kuper, founded Kuper Realty in 1972, and her grandmother, Kathleen Kuper, expanded it into residential real estate in the 1980s. Greta follows in the footsteps of her parents, Rick and Caroline, and brother J, joining a legacy built on trust, service, and dedication. It's not just a career—it's a calling, and Greta is proud to be part of the next generation shaping the future of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty.
Serving the greater San Antonio area, Greta specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate transitions with confidence. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer, a new construction opportunity, or a family moving into their forever home, she brings clarity, vision, and creative insight to every transaction. Her clients value her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and her ability to see the hidden potential in every space.
When she's not working, Greta stays busy with her two sons, Nico and Oliver, and her two cats, Luna and Whiskers. She enjoys Pilates, hiking, styling clients, spending time with friends, and discovering new restaurants around town. A natural visionary with a creative soul, Greta blends the legacy of her family's business with her own flair for design and service, offering clients a real estate experience that is as elevated as it is personal.
